Weighed in at 188.5 this morning, so that's down 1.5 pounds from what I last weighed. I didn't start the juice fast -- reboot -- today. The owner said it was best to spend a few days eating lots of fruits and veggies so you don't go cold turkey. That's what I'll do for the next two weeks -- just do fruits, veggies, and cut out the dairy, meat and fat. It will be hard but we will give it a go. Then I will start the juice fast my week off so if I get bad physical results, I will be at home anyway. I did walk and take the bus today though -- 8800 steps, which is the best record so far.
Desperate times call for desperate measures and I am desperate for a change.
Saturday is Henry's for Lunch and I am having hummus and pita, veggies and dip for lunch.
Fruit smoothie for breakfast and I small cup of coffee. Then for dinner, a tofu stir fry with broccoli and green and red peppers and brown rice. Snack is a yogourt. I will not yet give up all dairy -- I get cream in my coffee and one yogourt.
I will get Jeff to teach me how to use the juicer or will buy a new one.

Tomorrow -- challenges will be lunch at Henry's and popcorn at the theatre -- going to see Planet of the Apes.
Goal - go vegetarian for two weeks, heavy on fruits and veg and beans and tofu for protein. Gradually cutting back on cream and milk and added oil. Then start the juice fast -- one green and one orange (apple and carrot) and one veggie and fruit meal with soy milk as my drink of choice, green tea and honey for my hot drink. Will give up coffee because I need cream in it.
Walk every day min 7500 steps working up to 10K.
