See me and weep - I am FAT! Look at that blubber! I should weigh about 130 pounds and instead, I weigh in at a whopping 190! That's 60 pounds of blubber to lose. Almost half my normal weight. I am not just fat - I am obese. I am going to start on a juice and fruit fast, with added protein powder to keep me from getting too low blood sugar. I am going to walk, do weights, count steps, and do a vegetarian mostly raw food fast and diet for the next year to get into a bikini for next summer!

As you can see, I am a blubberbutt and blubber belly. I have eaten my way into an early grave if I don't smarten up and right now!
So, tomorrow, walk to the bus and walk home to the bus. Eat veggie all day, with juices. Tea instead of coffee. Start on my journey. Weekly updates with tracking of daily steps, weekly weight routine and weight loss.
